Off-Competition
Program
The programs off competition will be screened in the Red Hall, Blue
Hall and Small room, every day (except October 18 and 26) at the House
of Cinematographers from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. and in the other movie theaters
downtown. The access is free for everybody in the movie theaters downtown
and upon accreditation or invitation at the House of Cinematographers.

Nelson Perreira dos Santos Retrospective
The other off competition programs among which Ukrainian Panorama,
Kievnaouchfilm Studio Retrospective, Lodz's School program, Nyon's festival,
Edward Dmytryk's retrospective, LindsayAnderson's program, lan Kerkhof's
retrospective, Kenneth Anger's movies, Alexander Rodniansky's films will
exclusively be screened at the House of Cinematographers.
A special press conference will be held on October 14 at noon in the
Blue Room of the House of Cinematographers by the largest occidental Company
here in Kyiv, and awarding the best Ukrainian full length feature movie
made in 1996.
